Yeah, I'm posting this journal, but we have a dark year in terms of level crossing accidents... around twenty-one accidents have been happened here in Finland at the time that I wrote this journal.

In Mänttä, where level crossing is located, a teenager got killed by the train, just ignoring warning bells, because I tell you: If there is red light visible and bell is ringing, you need to STOP! Man, what in the hell is wrong with finns...

Also, level crossing equipment fitted with gates costs around 100000 - 150000 €!

And in comparison with level crossing accident, it costs 387000 €!

With that money, you could equip two to three level crossings with half-gates.

But swedes have better level crossing behaviour, than the finns...

...but in order to make that worse, we are not allowed to use full-sized gates at all! What a shame...
